How do I make a purchase? is a fully transactional ecommerce platform. Unless indicated as “Sold Out,” all artworks on the site are for sale and available to purchase directly through the site. To make a purchase, visit the detail page for the artwork you wish to buy and click “Add to Cart.” You can access Your Cart at any time by clicking the Cart page link, which is located in the site header. From the Cart page, you can continue the checkout process by selecting your preferred payment method (either credit card or PayPal). If you are not signed in to upon purchase, you will be prompted either to do so or to create an account if you are not already registered

What payment methods does accept?’s online checkout system accepts credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Please note that we only accept one (1) form of payment per order on Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Payment is definitely safe! We only use trusted payment gateways with the necessary security services to process your payment.


Do you ship Internationally?

With very few exceptions, we proudly ship worldwide! In your cart, please select your country from the drop-down menu labeled Country under Shipping Information. If you do not see your country listed in our dropdown menu on the checkout page, please contact and we can discuss our ability to ship to your country.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are paid by the buyers. We run occasional promotions where free shipping may be provided to selected countries.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs for an order is paid for by the buyer (unless otherwise stated) and is calculated with direct quotes from our shipping couriers. artworks with a reputable courier service to ensure your artworks are in good hands.

Shipment costs are determined by the size, weight, and retail price of the artwork you are purchasing, as well as the delivery location. Smaller artworks cost less to ship, and larger artworks, especially those that require unique crating or packaging materials, will cost more to ship. Shipping cost is also determined by the buyer’s and artist’s location. Please note that shipping charges may fluctuate based on changing air fuel charges. You will be able to see the shipping cost at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied or collected by WWW.ARTANDCURATOR.COM. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.

When will I receive my order?

All artworks on The ship within 14 business days of the date the order is placed. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within 10–14 days following your order date, please contact and we will help investigate the status of your order.

Once you have been notified that your artwork has shipped, use the tracking number provided to track the estimated delivery date. Until the artwork has shipped, we are unable to confirm an exact delivery date.

The delivery time will also vary based on customs clearance and entry processes that differ from country to country.

Processing and shipping times vary according to the purchased artwork, its origin, and the shipping destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days. (Business days exclude weekends and national holidays). However, some artworks may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered only Monday–Friday. If you order multiple artworks, they may be shipped and delivered separately.

Are there any taxes or charges applied to packages crossing International Borders?

Shipments to and from a foreign country will be processed for Customs clearance. Should there be any Government Taxes at customs, it is not included in the checkout cart and will fall on the responsibility of the buyer.

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that WWW.ARTANDCURATOR.COM has received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships. If you have received either of these emails, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the email contact us and we will send you the order confirmation directly.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Please check the spam folder to locate the email and make sure we are not marked as spam so that you may receive future confirmations from us too. Also please check alternative emails that you may have used when placing the order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Is self-collection available?

We do not allow self-collection. All Artworks will be delivered by our courier service provider.

Where do you ship from?

We currently print and ship from a variety of locations around the world. The location varies depending on the product(s) that you order.

How is the artwork shipped?

Our artworks are shipped in hard cardboard tubes or boxes, depending on their size and medium.

How do you handle shipping?

Artworks sold on are carefully packed in the safest and most secure method possible.

I ordered multiple artworks. Will they all ship at the same time?

I ordered multiple artworks. Can I combine them all into one shipment to lower shipping costs?

Your artworks will ship out as soon as possible based on the estimated shipping window noted on each individual artwork page. As most of our artworks ship from various locations around the world, we cannot guarantee that all of the artworks will ship at the same time.

Where is my order?

You can quickly access the status and other information about your order by clicking the confirmation link provided via email at the moment your order was placed. If you no longer have access to your confirmation email, you can also recover status information through our Order Status page here.

If your order is an International order, it may have been delayed by customs. While we often provide tracking for International orders, it is not guaranteed to update and the shipping times are estimated based on the average time in transit. If a package is held up by customs it may take additional time for delivery to occur. If your order hasn’t been delivered within 8 weeks please email us at and we’ll be able to assist you further.

How do I check my order status?

What shipping carriers do you use? artworks with carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS, as well as several fine art handling companies. The carrier selected for your purchase is dependent on the artwork’s origin and shipping destination, as well as its packaging and handling requirements.

How do I change the address on my order?

We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

During Checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.

Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?

Yes, all packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery. Due to the valuable nature of artworks and design objects, packages should not be left unattended


What are your return/exchange and cancellation policies?

All artworks sold on are final sales.
 Thus, we are unable to accept returns for these artworks and cannot be canceled at any time once an order is placed except in the case of damage during shipping.

If the artwork arrives damaged please contact shipping@ARTANDCURATOR.COM and you will either be issued a refund or, if the artist is willing, issue another, similar piece of the same value. (Because all artwork for sale is one-of-a-kind these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis and there are no guarantees.)

Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction.

What should I do if I receive a damaged artwork?

All damaged artworks must be reported to ARTANDCURATOR.COM within 14 days of delivery. To file a damage report, please take pictures of the outer packaging with detailed shots of damage to the box or protective layering. Then take detailed pictures of the damage to the artwork itself. Then attach the photos to an email and send to Please note however that shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Also, once you have accepted and signed for a delivery, returns are not allowable. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or artwork number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Are the artworks original?

Yes! All our artworks are original and are sourced directly from the artist, unless otherwise stated. Prints will be in limited editions and will be stated on the site.

How are artworks authenticated?

All artworks and editions are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Can the artwork that is sold by be reproduced by the buyer?

No. Reproduction of the artwork purchased on the site falls under the same Trademark and copyright laws as artwork purchased through any gallery. The right to the reproduction of any piece of artwork would have to be negotiated between the buyer and artist and would be independent of the sale on our website, and independent of

How can I best care for my artwork?

For two-dimensional artworks, we recommend you frame your new artwork as soon as possible using UV-blocking Plexi or glass as well as conservation-grade mat and board.

Do I need to set up an account in order to make a purchase?

Yes, in order to make a purchase you are required to set up an account with an email address and password. Through your account, you will be able to easily track the status of your order. How do I create an account?

Creating an account at is easy and free. At’s homepage, click LOGIN/SIGN UP.

You may create an account as a new member via Facebook or Google Plus. If you have an existing Facebook/Google Plus account, you can click on Connect with Facebook or Google Plus button. How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase an gift card by clicking the eGift Cards link located in the site header. Enter the gift card amount you wish to purchase as well as the recipient’s information and click “Add to Cart” to proceed to checkout. The recipient will receive the eGift Card by email immediately upon purchase. Note that discounts and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of an eGift Card

How do I redeem a gift card?

You can redeem your eGift Card upon checkout. During the payment step of checkout, enter your gift card number in the designated section and the gift card amount will be subtracted from your total. Any remaining balance on your order can be paid either by credit card or by PayPal

Can I view the artwork in person prior to purchase?

Our inventory is housed all over the world, so we are unable to accommodate viewing sessions prior to purchase. Please use our “Zoom” and “View in a Room” features for a more detailed look at an object. These tools are denoted on the item detail page by the magnifying glass and eye icons.

Are your prices in USD?

Yes, all prices are shown in USD. You can lookup the latest exchange rates online.

How do I place an order?

When you see an artwork you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on “Checkout” from your cart to confirm your artworks, and enter your shipping and payment information. Once you’ve verified your information is correct, click on “Place My Order” to finish.

How do I search for artworks, artists, or partners?

To search for a specific artist, artwork, gallery, or institution, enter your terms in the search box located at the top of the site and click the magnifying glass icon. To explore all available artworks, click the Browse Art link in the black navigation bar. On the Browse Art page you will be given the option to sort and filter results by price, medium, size, etc.

I forgot my password. How can I log in?

To reset your password, click the Sign In link located in the site header and then click “Forgot Your Password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address; after doing so, click “Submit.” You will be sent a temporary password via email, which you can use to sign in to the site. You can then visit the My Account page to officially change your password

How do I know if an artwork is available?

All artworks are available for sale unless indicated as “Sold Out.” If you encounter a sold-out artwork and you wish to be notified of similar artworks by the artist becomes available, submit your contact information to info@ARTANDCURATOR.COM. Our team will contact you only if and when the artwork becomes available.

Due to the nature of’s partnership structure, rare instances occur when an artwork’s sold-out status is not immediately updated. Should you purchase an artwork that we then learn is no longer available, will notify you and promptly issue a full refund

How do I know when new artworks by artists I like become available?

You will receive email alerts when artworks by the artists you “follow” are added to the site. To follow an artist, visit the artist’s bio page and click the “Follow This Artist” link. Alternatively, when you log in to the Preference Center, you may search for and add artists to follow. This feature is also active for our partners, so you can follow your favorite galleries, institutions, and organizations as well. You must be signed in to your account in order to follow artists and partners

Can I change the currency setting on

You may view the entire site in U.S. dollars, British pounds, or Euros. To do so, click the currency drop-down menu located in the site header and select your preferred currency. Conversions are based on exchange rates and are updated daily; as a result, prices may fluctuate. Please note that all purchases are processed in U.S. dollars

What is My Favourite Gallery?

My Favourite Gallery is a feature that allows you to save and organize your favorite artworks in your own personalized galleries. You can then share your galleries with friends and family via email or social media.

To add an artwork to your gallery from the item’s detail page, click the “Save to Gallery” button, which is located next to the artwork’s image. Alternatively, when you are not on a detail page, you can hover over the artwork’s thumbnail and click the “Save” button that appears in the lower right corner. You can visit and edit your galleries by clicking the “My Gallery” link in the site header. You must be signed in to your account to add artworks to your gallery.
